  This is a great tea for those times when the bloating gets too much and you need relief. The longer you let it seep, the harder it works, so be careful about how long you let it sit before drinking.

  All of my adult life I had had a problem with constipation. When I was in my early 40′s I was told about a product called SMOOTHE MOVE, which is an herbal teas produced by Traditional Teas.

  I began taking one cup every day with breakfast, and within 1 day saw results! I couldn’t believe it! It was very delicious besides being good for me.

  I have now been drinking Smoothe Move for over 20 years, and will continue to do so.

  The only problem I had was FINDING IT in most grocery stores. I have now moved to another part of the country, and could not find it anywhere. I am so happy to have Amazon.com to rely on at times like these. I order 6 boxes at a time and they always arrive just on time!

  The thing about this product is that it’s not an easy subject to bring up. For a long time I’ve had issues, the kind that this product was made for. I tried different products meant to do the same thing without much help. I had tried some natural medicinals tea for a cold once and it worked well so I decided to try Smooth Move out and the morning following the night I had some everything worked like it should. So well, I’m addicted now. I feel great and more normal in that area than ever before. It works.

  Nothing works as well as Smooth Move. And it’s tasty as well as effective. I’ve been drinking it for years, but the price has gone up recently. I found a good price here, and I bought a bunch!

  The taste is definitely acceptable. I really don’t mind it at all. It’s an herbal stimulant laxative, and it does the job without any side effects.

  I tried my first cup of this tea the other morning and it was very pleasant tasting.

  It seemed as though I could feel it working shortly after drinking it. Almost a rumbley moving through my tummy! “No cramping or pain”

  By lunch it did its job!

  I will say the rest of the after noon I had gas that was not just gas and sent me running to the bathroom.

  This tea worked so well I can’t help but recommend it if your having issues with needing to go!

  I suffer from chronic constipation due to irritable bowel syndrome, and have tried all kinds of methods to be able to go each day and the only thing that works is Smooth Move tea. And it tastes good, too! One or two bags is all you need and a little sweetener and you’re all set. It’s all natural and you can use it every day. Works great for someone like me.
