We purchased this product a few months ago for our garden. We’re thinking of getting another one next spring
for the other side of the house! The color and flat back make it less noticeable. Husband had it assembled in minutes. We actually put ours in the middle of the flower bed, because that’s where the downspout was. The only drawback with this was the spigot placement, but we purchased the flat back rain barrel stand separately, and it worked out quite nicely.

was disappointed that there was a plastic spiget rather than what seemed to look like a metal one in the picture shown at purchase which is durable. the plastic ones tend to break or fail/leak.
amazon never seems to give enough info/specs on products offered,

I’ve had this rain barrel throughout the growing season this year, and put it away for the winter a month ago. The only reason I give it four stars is because (as other reviewers have noted) the spigot is plastic and unreliable. However, the barrel itself has been wonderful. I live in a small townhome and don’t have very large gardens, but with that said, I didn’t have to use city water once this year.
PROS:
The flat-backed design. I really liked how it sat flush against our house.
The weight. As it’s a strong plastic barrel, it’s lightweight and easy for one person to set up. It’s also easy to flip and dump the last few dregs of water at the bottom.
CONS:
The darn plastic spigot. Get a metal one.

I like the Barrel. It’s fits snugley against the side of my house. The only draw back is the Plastic faucet. It broke within the first couple of weeks. I bought a Brass replacement at Lowes which works great.
