  I am a very fair person, this lotion gives me a wonderful sunkissed look, and very quickly. I have never seen streaks anywhere. It drys fairly quickly, and the smell is the best that I have ever smelled in a self tanner. There is hardly a fragrance. I do have to use it daily to maintain the color.

  Among self tanning lotions this is the ONLY brand that actually smells GOOD!
  
  And it works well too. I’ve had no orange tinge or streaks, and a very natural looking tan. I have a very fair complexion, so I tried this version, but I still prefer the more immediate, yet gradual and natural results from the Vaseline Healthy Body Glow for Medium skin tones. Both have a very mild summery smell that makes me think of the beach.
  
  Others that I’ve tried had an ‘off’ smell that was very unpleasant, even repulsive, including Banana Boat & Neutrogena. As blindingly white as I can be without it, I had given up on self tanning for that reason until I got a sample of this one at a hotel. Now I use it winter and summer. One other note, this product has never caused an allergic reaction for me, though I have other allergies and sensitive skin and have had severe whole body rashes at least three times from detergents and other irritants.

  After the 1st day I felt like I was a little more yellow than tan but it wasn’t that bad so i continued and now 6days later i look like i just came back from vacation. it’s not so dark that it looks fake but it is noticable….AND I DON”T KNOW WHY the persion under me got a rash!!! My SKIN is ACTUALLY BETTER….

  I have been using this lotion for two weeks, and have previously used full-blown self-tanners (Estee Lauder) but not lotion with a “hint” of self-tanner. This has definitely been easier to use than a self-tanner, as you only have to wait a few minutes for it to dry rather than wait a loooong time and then shower with self-tanners. Also, streaking is not much of an issue. I have, however, noticed some around my feet area. There is no orange tint and it does look very natural.

  One issue I am having with this, is that although it does not have nearly the strong scent that self-tanners do, after using it for a couple weeks I am starting to notice that my skin does smell slightly of that self-tanner smell. The scent is not too noticeable, just close up. For the first week or so, there was no scent whatsoever.

  For the price, this is definitely a good deal. No, this isn’t the strength of a self-tanner, but does give that “warm glow” it promises for a much more affordable price and much easier application. My only complaints are minor streaking around the feet area, and the hint of self-tanner scent.
